Her ASMR side is probably more what people would consider GFE while her streaming persona is more closer to her true personality, which isn't that completely different, just has a bit more bite to it. So in a way she is kind of is.
But honestly pretty much any vtuber is essentially GFE/BFE, even vtubers that eschew that sort of thing if only because GFE is really the eye of the beholder sort of thing, no matter what autists and schizos obsessed with trying to moral virtue signal one another on a basketweaving forum by bragging to each other about how much money they haven't spent on supas despite being obviously too poor to not even be able to afford a $5 a month membership to one chuuba will argue on hours on end.
That... and another certain green woman really tainted the entire concept of GFE for me at least for reasons many here would consider autist. Fauna thankfully keeps the intentionally GFE stuff as roleplay and isn't a menhra.
