The JP streams usually have a 12 hours advance notice, and sometimes even 18-24 hours, especially for special streams and big collabs.
ENs just have zero clue on how to build anticipation, it's all basically just "*plop* here you go guys, here's the fucking minecraft or offcollab or ASMR or whatever, eat up.".
