Twitter/X is a weird case. Way stricter on resolutions and overall 'Encoding Profiles/Level' (Somewhere around Baseline L3.2 if memory serves) - but allows for, at least at those resolutions, way better bitrates than what youtube usually does. Blame trying a hard enforce of hardware compat for that.
Personally I would probably increase crf slightly but not like it mattes much on this type of video with mostly static images.Most of the bitching about soundpost comes from overtly lazy or badly done posts where it's sometimes hard to tell if it's inaptitude or inexperience .. or a shitpost.
