- Shock can easily deal max damage when you get it, but the threat of Curse makes Steiner a low priority character because Shock is based on his Strength (and Curse inflicts Mini, severely reducing your Strength). Zidane's Thievery and Freya's Dragon's Crest are unaffected by Mini, so they're safe.
