Most of the girls I think about joining already have their own thing going (ally for example) and I like stronny finding mostly unknown names and building them from the ground up, but maybe a nice mid ground girl who has more experience and is closer to Stronny's level of background experience making this kind of stuff would be nice instead of having to ease them into everything.
