Polka noises are fairly common from the fennec, especially when frustrated (and yes, that includes the breathing, soundpostr rel). Polka was clearly tired, probably frustrated she couldn't stay awake/focused to play, and was simply venting. This isn't the first time, it won't be the last, and she'll be fine after some rest.
