Though to be fair, just doing a quick skim check of Meloco's vods shows that she DOES speak english in her streams, even if it's ESL and a lot of it is in japanese anyways outside of collabs. She at least attempts to pretend to give a shit.
Kotoka has no excuse, though, and doesn't even pass the skim test.
