1 hour is too brief of a time for her to make such a grand announcement + have the time to process all her emotions + yap as much as she does then have a normal stream.
My guess is she's going to announce her participation in a sort of event that's important to her.
Unless the E33 stream is a red herring and she will spend 3 hours crying and sobbing with us....
