Day 1 was more like a tutorial day, so while you will be missing funny moments such as pic related or when Biboo drowned and Calli rescued her, or when the police force was slacking off in Marine's cabaret and Subaru punched everyone (including Biboo), you won't be missing any Biboo storyline, maybe other than the first minutes of Raora's stream.
