Kiara has talked a bunch of times about how she was really hurt by Mori being cold and distant from her as soon as she was back. It's one of the few things Mori has done that has actually bothered her. She's even brought it up unprompted elsewhere, like when thanking Reine for not "randomly hating her out of nowhere after coming back" from their trip.
It's not a secret, it's not a rrat, it's not even really anti-mori since Mori has apologized and nowadays they're cool about it, but you can't just pretend it didn't happen.
