Slightly deeper I think it's a message to heimin, that we need to also accept that one day Kanata will move on. Maybe not get married, but she will graduate. It has to happen at some point. I think she wants us to find our own happiness.
There's also the not-Kanata, which I'm not sure how it plays into the message but I get how it plays into the MV and what it means to Kanata.
