As for comparing the "before and after" I imagine the 90 days rolling period is enough for that because it is as forgiving as it is forgetful, keeping a buffed period for 90 days and then allowing it to lapse and the before and after for Aki is far from "doubling" her audience.
Doubling something otherwise "stable" in such short period is serious business, it takes an enormous feat to have that happen with pretty much any natural or man made process and that was not what happened with Aki.
She gained a great deal of tourists, a whole new audience that tunes in for her content that overlaps their preferences but her typical audience, for the most part, had a modest increase from that.
