But it could also be fun if the risuners just randomly stumbled upon an ongoing festival that was never planned as a part of the things/places the guests are going to visit beacaue they were too focused on showcasing the industry and economy of the Republic. iirc I posted something like this before, but you should double check the lore archive first before you write.
