>>89765639After eating the potato salad they talked a bit about their activities and any worries they were currently having in that regard and stuff like that. While Rui and Okayu were having a somewhat serious conversation about their activites, she took out a bottle of 特茶 tea that she bought at a convenience store on the way there out of her bag and started drinking it, and while she was looking at the label of it, she made an incredible discovery. For some reason, there was a small latin letter "a" next to the brand name 特茶 that she had never seen before when she bought this tea, so the name reads as "特茶a". She had no idea what this "a" means or why it is there but she found this so incredibly funny that she couldn't contain herself anymore and started giggling to herself and stuff like that. She absolutely had to share this with the others and could NOT wait until they were done with their important conversation, so she kind of butted into their conversation knowing that she probably shouldn't, especially for something as silly as this, but she just couldn't help herself. When she proudly proclaimed "Look, it says 特茶aaaaaaaaaa!", Rui and Okayu just looked at her for a while and then Okayu said "If your voice wasn't so cute, I think I would punch you right now", which is a stark contrast to Okayu's usual carefree personality. Rui ended up laughing but she isn't sure if it was because she thought it was funny or because of the absurdity of the situation. Of course, nobody was really mad at her and Okayu was mostly joking but she thought it was rare to see Okayu react like that to her antics. She apologized for interrupting their conversation many times after, but she just couldn't help herself. I can see how they say she has little sister energy lately.
This weekend, she spent a lot of time with Okayu and went to Design Festa with her. This is apparently an event that is similar to Comiket, except you can't sell derivative works of pre-existing characters, so the focus is heavily on your own creations and designs that you want to sell. She had a lot of fun, there were lots of people in cosplay and stuff like that, too. I think she misses this kind of stuff seeing as to how she can't really easily go to events like that without the fear of being recognized these days. There is all kinds of stuff on sale, anything you can imagine, really. She talked about Oshikatsu goods like decorations and stuff or clothes for plushies, can badges, acrylic key chains or stands of original characters, and all kinds of other stuff. She herself mostly bought t-shirts, and also talked a lot about being interested in sofubi figures (? I'm not really familiar with the concept, it sounded like these are custom figures made by creators) lately. She spent a long time bookmarking stuff on twitter before they went to plan what she wanted to get. They ended up buying so much stuff that they could barely carry it all. She originally planned on going only on one day, but Okayu wanted to go on both days so they ended up doing that, which was a great idea since the vendors aren't necessarily the same on both days. Okayu bought a lot of stickers, and she bought a bunch too. She plans to use them on her sticker book (which is still trending among their Holo friend group lately, a lot of them have talked about it) and put a bunch of them on her new laptop that she got from her sponsored stream a few weeks ago. Okayu has also been interested in Rhythm Heaven lately so they might play together eventually.
