1.Always set the scene before talking about events. (e.g When I was working at my old job, they made me set up 40 new computers)
2.Keep the story structured and organized. Before you start talking first think what is the point of the story. A easy trick is to think of how your story is going to end and work towards that point. (e.g That plastic ball was the only thing that let me know things were going to get better)
3. Talk slightly slower than you think your speaking. People commonly speak way to fast especially when excited. Good cadence is also important but that's just something that has to be learnt with experience.
4. Practice. Get use to talking to people. Also, practice your stories beforehand, you can tell stories naturally and off the cuff but its better to have a few saved up just so you can get a feel of how a good conversation is suppose to go.
