Nijisanji right now is trying to juice revenues by massively expanding the number of concerts and events.
This will get them depreciating linear returns (i.e. 2x the effort will yield < 2x the returns)
But if they had instead expanded their market globally, and increased the size of their audience base, they would have achieved a far bigger effect.
Not to mention while the are pushing this extremely linear increase in revenue, they are sacrificing their algo.
This industry is all about powers of 10, the potential market is in the billions. But Nijisanji doesn't seem to comprehend.
