>>14393601the amount of ad revenue is extremely negligible and unless you're a very large streamer with a stream solely made of non-donators it mostly just puts people off from watching your stream when twitch rolls that same badly made ad the viewer has seen a hundred times this week so I fully support people using this adblock i use since twitch gets around most mainstream ones, people make ones specifically for twitch which use an exploit in the ad code to play the actual stream in place of the ad, i'm not certain if that means it keeps ad revenue intact but it's such a small amount who cares
even the largest streamers that post around here barely make anything on ads
