Gura's cute, but she's completely coasted by with nothing defining beyond "lmao funny shark girl". At least even Amelia puts some amount of effort into her shitposts, and the others have genuine skills and quirks alike that help them stand out and have earned them their place.
Gura hasn't once earned her spot as most successful Holo and didn't even get their on her own ability. None of it is deserved, and nothing's happened yet to amend that.
In that sense, Gura specifically is no different than a normal Twitch whore or egirl: show up, exist, be successful.
