Fauna is one of those people, she seems quite senistive to it.
It can be alleviated somewhat by tweaking various settings. Such as FOV, headbob, etc.
Fauna has yet to figure out the best settings to minimize this issue. She does seem to benefit from a higher FOV setting though, 100 seemed to work better for her then 90 did.
