For example, Doki's model was ready in under 6 months from just two people working on it, and it's not like she was given priority from either the artist nor the rigger, as they were releasing other people's commissions regularly, too.
Not even talking about EN, the japanese community clearly has no shortage of decent riggers that they could commission or work with. 3.0, while still outdated, is only trickled out. Maybe a handful of them a month.
You could make the argument that having them be too different would be jarring if they start rolling the rigs out, but that argument is already moot with the 3.0s. If you have Fuwamoco or Liz next to Mori or Mumei, they're going to look fucking bad anyways.
