If it was only management who was harassing her, I think she would have made a statement that makes it crystal clear the other livers are innocent as that would be the quickest way to stop harassment... but she didn't...
I don't think she legally COULD make a statement that obsolves the livers of guilt because it would contradict her documentation if she decides to pursue legal action against Niji.
I could be wrong but I don't think it would hurt her legally to hint at the livers being innocent if they were.
Maybe I'm reading to far into words but this was just my thinking, feel free to roast me for going galaxy brained lol
