Yeah when I was younger there was feelings of just wanting to treated the same as everyone else but it never worked out since there's always someone who can tell that you're a fake. It hurts the most when you say hello and they turn and look at you at complete confusion, or when the people are being "nice" and try to praise you for doing so well like a toddler learning to finally not crap his pant. But you do learn to get over it eventually. Just stop chancing for complete acceptance and live as you like and be happy.
