>>92482655>>92482693vedal987 and Neuro-sama (with the help of anny) have broken the all time Twitch Hype Train record with a level of 111, displacing PirateSoftware's level 106 record, totaling up to 84k subs and 1.2m bits and adding ~260 hours to Neuro's subathon timer. During this time the stream peaked at 45,605 viewers according to StreamsCharts. This was in large part made possible by Twitch's current partnership with Riot and Valorant where new subs are 25-30% off and for every 5 subs gifted the Valorant user account will award a random amount of "bonus subs" ranging from 1-100. Currently, the Valorant account leads vedal's sub gift leaderboard with 19,349 subs. Assuming US regional prices on all subs (doubtful) and not accounting for any deal the Valorant account may have with Twitch, then up to $525k were spent on subs and bits, and assuming vedal has partner plus (70% split on all subs), Neuro brought in approximately $368k pre-tax during this hype train. The last streamer to break this record, PirateSoftware, had a an emote made in his honor that is only obtainable by giving bits or subs during a level 106+ hype train, so the speculation is that Twitch will now do the same for Neuro at level 111.
