You don't have a "disease" in so much as you can just buy a pill to cure it, you have malnutrition for pretty much every nutrient and vitamin necessary for your body to function. Some of it is so bad you can't just fix it with supplements right now, and some of it is going to take a long time of consistent change to recover. I understand that having ARFID makes eating new foods very difficult, but I also think you have to admit that ARFID is not the sole thing at play when you feel like eating food at all (even familiar food) is an optional reward for good behavior instead of the absolute necessity that it is.
We all kind of know what we should do, even if we don't all do it sometimes:
>sleep 8 hours a night, at regular times>light to moderate exercise at least 2-3 times a week>eat a healthy diet that includes all three macros>drink plenty of water every day>get exposed to sunlight every day We all kind of know what we SHOULDN'T do too, even if we do it sometimes:
>don't drink caffeine after mid day>don't look at computer screens in bed, or even an hour before bed>don't stay up too late>don't wake up too late>don't skip meals>don't sit in a chair or couch all day long without moving>don't drink alcohol>don't smoke
