Contrary to what many anons will tell you, I still fully believe that Pippa getting pissed off enough to leave would cripple phase enough to have the CEO consider selling. A large chunk of phaggots (that's what they call themselves not me) still are purely there for Pippa, the top performers in the corpo are close friends with Pippa and wouldn't count out leaving with her, and so much of their culture is based off things she directly brings to the table.
They can't survive without her, as much as it hurts to believe.
