At least for female viewers when they make themselves known in chat the female streamer always singles them out and kisses their feet because they desperately want more female viewers. They're also very eager to praise their female fans on Twitter like cosplayers, artists, even just girls who buy their merch.
Meanwhile I've never seen any of the guys acknowledge or praise their male fans in any way, and outside of sex pest Vox/Luca cosplayers you won't see their male fans represented on social media at all. You just feel super out of place as a male watching them.
