I’m making a few modifications to this floor plan, but I can’t figure out where to put Pippa’s sex dungeon and impregnatorium. I’m removing the second door to the study so I have better master bedroom isolation and to free the wall space for bookcases. The garage is going to be finished out as a recording studio with a small hallway and exterior door. It’s being built on acreage so I’ll have a detached garage and the ability to dime a Marshall. Plus no one will be able to hear Pippa’s screams.
