It isn't "classy risque", it isn't ironic, it's just an awkward attempt at being whorish.
And whoever was it who got the "creative freedom" to do it, didn't even care to inform the talents properly.
For one, Towa-sama came to the shoot thinking it's another variety show for the main channel and never figured it out even after she left. Apparently, the cherry was added in post-production. The poor girl was so shocked, her tweet after the MV was released speaks for itself:
