Mouse deserves it because she probably made the most waves this year and connections to huge names that didn't hate vtubers before but are now seen openly hanging out with one like Ludwig and Jessica Nigri
And Zen deserves it for being an insane fucking workhorse this year and being unity as fuck. Easily the most diverse collaborator among the nominations and throws /lig/gers into collabs with literally no provocation.
And I guess Miko did some Mikoverse thing that uh maybe someone liked. I don't know.
