If you installed soundposts script, you already have 4chanx too, which is already embedding external videos.
The only downside to external vid is that you have to click once or twice to make it play (whereas soundposts autoplay on mouse over)
I don't think thats worth the hassle of creating them (or downloading them if you want to edit the vid+sound back together)
