On topic, there's a fair few more vtubers who have puked on stream, I remember several puked during the Ring Fit Adventure Craze for one which was a lmao. Although only Akira and Sokoya have indicated they enjoy it, but only Akira has done any puking on live stream. Sokoya did describe how she got her fetish but that's about it. Shame.
