To answer your question: a fuckton of bubble wrap and some cardboard to tape around the bubble wrap just to be extra secure. If the parts are really fragile, find another box too and stuff with it package fillers.
If you're really scared, get 2 blocks of styrofoam and make a cutout so you can fit the bubble wrapped figure parts in between
