Proxies eat money like an actual fire, and back when things were less secretive I remember services would always revoke their keys and shut everything down once they noticed the massive bills being made by the locust horde.
There's no way Saltman and the Anthropic people don't know who's actually using their stuff at this point, but they don't seem to be taking a lot of anti-coomer measures other than the easily-jailbroken filters. I hope Anthropic is also has similar plans to officially allow NSFW.
