i removed the claim for the rabbitville beach house and took all my loot out so now its truly open to the public, and the top floor is now accessible too. you can use it as a hang out spot or to koog stuff, and although the farm is smaller than some of the other ones available, you can still use it for harvesting and planting if you need to. there's also a chest full of fishing rods if you want to fish off the docks or one of the balconies. the boats that are docked are also free to use if you plan on doing some chunkin'
