this can involve any single amount of working out, trying to improve some skill or knowledge your interested in, actually taking care of your hygiene and eating habits, and just trying to understand people and yourself ect. and your bound to meet someone worthwhile, and also try to put yourself into positions where you can meet people TTRPG groups, MMOs like ff14, and just doing work, or doing community service are all actually good ways of doing this, and hell just making friends with people will also help cause 1. People outside of yourself can always teach you something and 2.people always know more people and maybe that friend of a friend or that sister of a friend is the one for you
