>>26834765Since you're a fellow dragoon I'm gonna help you out with some unsolicited advice.
Half a gallon of milk a day for muscle gains. Supplement it with your regular three meals. Eat all you can, but don't kill yourself to do it. If you stick to the milk and to a heavy lifting schedule 4 days a week, you can make very visible gains in a couple months
I think a lot of advice on the internet is so corner case and has marginal returns for their complexity. Stuff like nutritional plans, specific routines. Just stick to compounds (exercises that work out a bunch of muscles at the same time; bench, ohp, squat, deadlift), and you'll be fine.
If you want to build specific muscles, look up an isolation exercise (lift that only works out a specific muscle; bicep curls, skullcrushers) I've been doing lat raises for six years now, never once took them out.
If this is all new to you, then you need to work on form. FORM IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT. Don't go up in weight if it even slightly effects your form. Injuries will fuck you up. Even if it only lasts a couple days, I've had friends who never got back into the gym, because they missed a week due to the injury
This is all advice I had to learn on my own. It worked for me personally. I got buff so quick I have stretch marks. I had one person even ask me if I was roiding. After you get fit, you can cut the milk and go down to two meals a day to get shredded.
Good luck. Don't skip, at least not the first two months. And if it all seems overwhelming, just know its WAY easier than anyone makes it out to be. I'm giving you the shortcuts here, but you can definitely make gains not even knowing what you're doing.
I better see you slaying poon at a con one day decked in Selen merch.
