It think it's when she's looking at something low at a corner of the screen like she's reading text or something, I forget, and it's been a while since she last did it but her faces gets a little jittery and she has this (unpleasantly) surprised look on her face during it. Kind of like a mild D: rather than her usual :D
She's probably rearranged her streaming area but think the last time she did it was during her Sora MC collab, and that was with her casual clothes; there was a moment where she got like this but it was very brief.
It's sort of like pic related, but the angle gets even weirder and so does the face.
