>>31549287I can follow this logic however there's an issue with it. Ayame hasn't followed that rule since November 2019. Everyone can have a bad month here or there, but since November 2019 Ayame has only average 3 streams per week 1 time (Septermber 2020), and has only average 2 or more streams per week 11 times. Even being generous and dropping the standard down to 2 times a week has her not fulfilling her contract for about two years (going onto three years soon).
Of course, just because they have a reason to fire you doesn't mean they HAVE to fire you. The biggest thing is the fact they don't want to lose her character. It's a weird dynamic where the actor is tied together to a character. I don't doubt the staff is feeling awkward about this whole problem, but what can they do? Push her, she complains on stream and then Hololive takes a hit. Don't push her, she does nothing. It's not ideal.
