I do think Bae is inclining partially because Gura is not streaming. One of the things that doesn't get mentioned often is that clippers would mostly be camping Gura's streams. This means that if someone else is streaming alongside Gura then the chance of them getting clipped is low. Lack of Gura means there's been a good amount of Bae clips popping out recently.
Mumei is already a clipper's wet dream so she's doing fine by default. Its those who have less visibility that are getting the most gains.
