>RulersThe initial rulers of the nation will be the 5 directors in the oshiboard, these can change trough democracy (a vote for who gets a seat in the 5 rulers by everyone in the nation, reelection can happen), stepping down (if one of the current rulers steps down that leaves 4 people until the next voting season, this goes until only 1 is left, if that one also quits then a vote starts immediately and the previous 5 can't be re-elected), overthrown (if a sizeable part of the nation decides that rulers are not fit for their job a civil war will break out, everyone will have to pick a side and the winner side will held a vote with their people for the new 5 rulers)
>Money for the nationsRepurposed taxes! Broker is gone, as long as you participate on holonations all of your taxes go to your current nation (this also encourages multicoin btw), same goes for superchats
>Money inside the nationsA nation's total wealth is the sum of the money everyone living in there has, this money can be used for [something] by any individual inside it, the rulers of the nation can impose a tax% on any purchase however high they want (they should keep in mind that having high taxes might encourage people to leave their nation for a better one), this tax money goes to the nation treasury
If a citizen gets enough money he might opt to create a corporation, these corporations can be run by more than one person, be on multiple nations at the same time
>Nation's treasuryAmount of money that can be used for special actions by the rulers that the regular citizens can't do, these include investing money into gathering resources for the nation to further increase it's wealth, invest in the army, making deals with other nations and [others], for example, Moriland might have a big amount of natural gas reserves, the rulers could invest into gathering this resource and sell it to other nations
>War and baronsOnce two (or more) nations are at war armies will require constant funding to keep up with the fights, during this special event any citizen will be able to invest in the army of his nation [war barons] would be people who ignored their nation and continued to amass fortune without becoming rulers or giving much to nation, these individuals of massive wealth could shift the tide of a war, that is why nations can make special deals with these barons, in a Towa vs Kanata war the Kanata state might pay to a baron in the Hoshimachi city to invest on their army, it's up the baron to see if he takes the deal, if he believes the future compensation is enough he will fund the war and boost Kanata's forces, every 15m the war will receive an update, whoever runs of army forces first loses the war
>After the warFor at the very least 3 days after the war, the nation will belong to the winning nation (if multiple nations allied against a specific one they might split the spoils of war on try to fight for them, prolonging the war), during this time the new rulers will be able to steal from the treasury (up to [x]% of its wealth) and extract however many natural resources they can during the time period, whoever remains in that nation might choose to leave it for any other without paying a fee (still needs to be visa approved) or to join the new conquering empire

That's the rough draft I came up while taking a shit, the most difficult parts if thinking of what natural resource to give to each country, how can these be used, what to do with dead countries (boards? coins?) (I mean, you could just rule them over as only one retard but it's probably suicide), how can people make money, does each nation have some "fake" people that you can sell shit to or rent them to? So yeah, if you manage to find what to do with these "natural resources" and how to make normal citizens able to make money to become corporations and eventually barons, then you'd have a pretty good rough idea (based on what I had in mind)
