This catch-22 plagues any new app or site that tries to enter the market for video content. The idea is to break that stalemate by forcing people to stream (a lot) on the platform and kinda hoping that manages to draw in a viewerbase. You can judge yourself how well that is working.
>>85996468The other issue is that the only way to stream on the platform at all is to personally send your L2D model to Anilive because the app works by having users download a copy of the model re-rigged in a proprietary format and then rendering the motion on the user end. You're never going to get *actually* big draws on Anilive when most of those big draws are corporate or very large indies and none of them will bite on "trust us bro nobody is going to reverse engineer your vtuber model you can send us the files I promise bro it's totally safe."
