You don't hear her singing long notes, You don't hear her doing vibrato, you don't hear her changing tones, you don't hear her switching tempo. Something like rapping but cute and with a different purpose and technique. Many seiyuus do that and there's nothing wrong with it. This song is cute and and all but I'd never place it anywhere close to pretty much majority of Hololive. Homenobi was a good way to mask her rather bad vocal skills. Same for that duet with Luna.
