Honestly, you should actually go outside and meet people. Think about why do you feel this way, why are you so insecure and jealous? You should reflect on this, and you are using media as a form of toxic escapism; sure, sometimes we don't want to be reminded about reality and fiction can bring us some happiness, but when feel like fantasy is actually a better place to live you are harming yourself by trying to forget real life altogether.
Again, why do you feel that you don't want to deal with reality? If you have people that you appreciate in your life, maybe you should tell them how you feel about yourself. You should also interact with more people, support groups could be a good idea. And also, if you feel way too attached to it, it could be a good idea to stop consuming anime and vtubers just for a while until you feel good about yourself and try to get a new hobby, like reading, painting or sports.
And one more thing, if you are forcing yourself to feel happy, stop doing that. It's okay to feel sad about certain things, it is a way to cope, form a stronger will and then grow as an individual with actual joy.
