>>74271301The lore vids started off fine, but Merry and his artists couldn't keep up with them and so there were a lot of delays. Zen and Mel's vids in particular thanks to their whole story line, ended up getting so badly delayed in their releases that Zen's last lore vid had to get heavily reworked to be up to date becasue it was late by multiple months. On top of that, some of the girls got tired of the kayfabe stuff involving them as well as how some of the member's lore seemed to overtake the others. For example, everyone in chat spamming Zen to hell about Melware coming back during a stream because of a date they teased in her cyborg lore vid, and then it ended up going no where because the actual next vid was ofc late so Mel ended up just doing a "cringe you lose" thing with her Melware model and staff quickly made a gif of Zen bonking Melware with a bat. There is a reason why Vei, Silver, and Nyan had that whole "fuck lore vids" thing after leaving (plus Vei was really self conscious about her VA skills). And ofc there was poor Snuffy who was getting involved with the lore stuff along with the rest of SNIVS but because she didn't get in the org, ended up really shafted with her whole "god of death" thing. The intro vids and teasers for Henya, Mata, Kuro, and Michi were much better handled.
