>>13364236i wouldn't say it's that simple, other than popular anime styles you also have stuff like yoshitaka amano's slim, freaky style, more soft and friendly characters like hayao miyazaki's works, or you could go very retro with go nagai or ken ishikawa
then on the other side of the world you have the classic comic book style exemplified by artists like jack kirby (nelson's PNG is kinda like this but i'd love to see a model for him with the same sort of heavy shading), or some of the wonderful character design work done on treasure planet, and there's already a few vtubers modeled after early disney animation
