VShojo is prime nepotism but this isn't entirely a bad thing, as seen by Nazuna, having connections it's important, it creates a great environment with the only problem is that they depend on that fine line of why making companies with family/friends can be a problem. My guess is something that's made clear with the notation they made in the tweet and the page: they could as well not hire anyone.
They are basically looking out for talent in Japan, and if it works they get +1,+2,+3, or whatever they might get, because outside of Kson Circle and Sushidog, reality is that they don't have a lot to grasp on, and they basically are out of options. If it just proves that they don't really have anyone to look foward currently in the Japan scene, and they will stick with what they have and keep building collabs with companies there and obviously keeping pushing the US one
