I think she is hemp. Hemp is a very harsh textile which can and probably will make you chafe if you are not careful. It also has horrible water resistance and easily gets soaked to the core just as Beatani gets soaked by doing something as simple as washing her face. The flower of a special kind of hemp will also make you into a menhera temporarily which fits because she has made me into a complete menhera during this break.
