She's the one character that is not going to suffer from being given the amnesiac girl treatment and being written into whatever situations you want. You have lore to compensate.
Putting Suisei through this treatment without pulling out at some point (restoring memories or herself reconstructing her former personality) feels weird. Anya, on the other hand, is more... Expendable? Malleable? Whatever the fuck you want to do with her, do it.
