I honestly think Ina is the luckiest one here, being the odd one out is actually a good thing when all of the outfits respect a formal theme.
Because the dresses are so formal, they're not going to have a lot of opportunities to use it in an everyday context, much less than the previous outfits at least.
And Ina's isn't that formal, it's more haute couture than anything more formal, she'll be able to wear it essentially whenever she fancies.
The only other exception to that rule is probably Gura, I don't really know where athlantean dresses land on that scale.
