They don't label en masse because each one is vacuum sealed (so there's no contamination risk) and vendors buy palette of them (all menus) and piecemeal sell them. Unless you go out of your way to get a particular menu (which involves digging through wholesalers' and food labs' ingredient lists) you're SOL due to the gamble between menus.

The Canadian ones are actually rather nice for what they are, but my favorite I've had was British. Australian ones are the best overall.
